Shipping Information

When will I receive my order?

FOR FRAMED OR UNFRAMED ART please allow 3 WEEKS for shipping within Australia, and International orders please allow 4-5 WEEKS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note are not responsible for any custom fees, duties or taxes that may be imposed through international purchases. (If your country is not listed or you do not get a rate at check out and you are willing to pay a high cost for shipping please contact us danielle@daniellewright.com.au)

How much will shipping cost?

UNFRAMED ART – DOMESTIC: Australia Domestic Flat rate of $15 AUD

UNFRAMED ART – INTERNATIONALLY: International Flat Rate of $40 AUD

FRAMED ART – DOMESTIC: Australia Domestic Flat rate of $30 AUD

FRAMED ART – INTERNATIONALLY: International Flat Rate of $90 AUD

How are the prints packaged?

All UNFRAMED prints shipped are CELLO SLEEVED and shipped in a RIGID FLAT MAILER.

All FRAMED prints shipped will be, BUBBLE WRAPPED, CARDBOARD CORNER PROTECTORS and shipped in CARDBOARD.

Do you accept returns?

Returns not accepted. We do our best to pack your beautiful artwork so it makes it to you in it’s originally  condition, however, if by chance your print arrives damaged, please contact danielle@daniellewright.com.au within 2 days of receiving it as occasional exemptions can be made on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company.

Please check your address carefully, you are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled so please take time in choosing your print.

Please note we ship all packages with tracking. Once it is confirmed to be DELIVERED we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced, lost packages. Please contact your local post office to see if they have it there and ask your neighbours!

Danielle Wright cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Once your item(s) has been dispatched, Danielle Wright is not responsible for delays in shipping.

Please note that delivery of your package relies on how fast it passes through customs. From time to time international customs can hold up a package for several weeks and we have no control over this and cannot predict how long this can take.

In the case that your parcel does not arrive, we can come to an agreement for a second parcel to be sent, for a discounted price, at the expense of the buyer.

PRINT CARE ADVICE

Handle as little as possible.

Ensure hands are washed or wear gloves.

If you bought an UNFRAMED print keep away from dust and frame as soon as possible.

Try to keep away from direct sunlight.
